High 5 Review 2026
“A big, polished sweeps site with roughly 300 in-house High 5 slots, strong iPhone and Android apps, a Diamonds boost system and a 1x playthrough. Worth knowing: cash redemptions start at 100 Sweeps Coins, you can request one every 48 hours, and it is open in fewer states than most.”

High 5 Casino Overview
High 5 Casino is a slots-first sweepstakes casino built around its own games. About 300 in-house High 5 titles, including the Da Vinci Diamonds family and Golden Goddess, sit alongside outside studios in a library of more than 1,500 games, with progressive jackpots and a third currency, Diamonds, that buys free spins and feature boosts inside the games. New players get 3 free Sweeps Coins with no code, the default playthrough is 1x, gift-card prizes start at 50 Sweeps Coins, and the iPhone and Android apps are well rated. It suits slot players in one of the 29 eligible states or DC.
The cash route needs 100 Sweeps Coins, so the free coins are a taster rather than a path to cash on their own, and there's little or no table or live dealer play. The True Value section below shows what the free coins are worth.
It runs on three currencies:
- Game Coins are for fun play only. They have no cash value and can't be redeemed for prizes.
- Sweeps Coins are the sweepstakes coin. Sweeps Coins won through play can be redeemed at $1 each, as cash by Skrill or bank transfer, or as gift cards.
- Diamonds are a boost currency for in-game perks such as free spins and feature boosts. They have no cash value.
You never have to buy anything to play with Sweeps Coins or to redeem them. Free Sweeps Coins come from the sign-up offer, the Daily Harvest, a mail-in request, social-media drops and promotions. Buying Game Coins is optional, and marked packages come with free Sweeps Coins attached.
High 5 Casino is run by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, based in Mahwah, New Jersey, and its iPhone app has been on the App Store since 2013. Its Sweepstakes Official Rules are a public page, currently version 43.0, dated 26 June 2026. Part 4 covers the operator and its regulatory history.

High 5 Casino Player Reviews & Reputation
High 5 Casino holds a 4.0 TrustScore on Trustpilot from about 3,600 reviews.
High 5 Casino Welcome Package, Free Coins & Promotions
The welcome offer has two parts: a free sign-up offer and a first-purchase bonus. Both are advertised on the public site. The coins inside the first-purchase package are shown only once you're logged in.
Free signup offer
New players get 400 Game Coins + 3 Sweeps Coins + 300 Diamonds free. There's no code to enter and no purchase needed.
- Register with your name, email address, date of birth and a password, or with Apple or Google, then add your address, confirm your email and enter the code sent to your phone.
- The coins are credited automatically once those checks are done. High 5's sign-up guide gives you 3 days to claim them.
- You don't need to verify your ID to receive the coins, only to redeem a prize later.
- High 5's help centre still lists an older 55 Sweeps Coin figure, which other High 5 pages tie to a paid package. Its current sign-up guide says 3, and the lobby shows what you actually receive.
The Game Coins and Diamonds are for play and perks. The 3 Sweeps Coins are the part with prize value, and they carry the 1x playthrough covered under Important T&C.
First-purchase offer
High 5 advertises a $9.99+ first purchase that gets 200 free spins on Billionaire's Bank, each valued at 0.10 Sweeps Coins. No code is shown on the public offer.
- That's 20 Sweeps Coins of play at face value, not 20 Sweeps Coins added to your balance.
- It applies once, to a first purchase of $9.99 or more.
- The Game Coins and Sweeps Coins inside the package itself are shown only in the store after you log in.
- High 5 doesn't say what currency the spin winnings pay in, whether they're capped, what playthrough applies to them or when the spins expire. Billionaire's Bank, one of High 5's own slots, has no published return to player.
Check the store before you pay, because the package contents can't be confirmed from outside.
Daily rewards and other free-entry routes
- Daily Harvest: a set number of free Sweeps Coins the first time you log in each day. The amount depends on your loyalty tier. High 5's guide says up to 1 Sweeps Coin a day, and new players start on less.
- 4-Hour Harvest: Game Coins and Diamonds every four hours, with no Sweeps Coins.
- Bonus Drops: Game Coins, Sweeps Coins or Diamonds sent to your inbox, plus occasional random drops during play.
- Mail-in request: 3 Sweeps Coins per valid request, posted to High 5 in Mahwah, New Jersey. Important T&C lists the conditions.
- Social Drops on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit. These are first-come links with a limited number of claims, so treat them as a bonus.
- Diamonds pay for Boost on Demand perks, such as free spins, feature boosts and super boosts, and boosts can be used in Sweeps Coin mode. High 5's Diamonds page says Diamonds don't convert to Sweeps Coins, while its sign-up guide describes an exchange at 100 Diamonds to 1 Sweeps Coin. Check the lobby before counting on a conversion.
Loyalty and ongoing promotions
High 5 Prestige has seven tiers: Novice, Rising Star, Prodigy, Virtuoso, Elite, Icon and Champion. Your tier is set by your activity over the past 30 to 45 days, so it can drop, and you lose the perks of a higher tier when it does. Higher tiers raise the Daily Harvest and 4-Hour Harvest rewards and add level-up and anniversary rewards, with free spins at Rising Star and Prodigy. A birthday bonus is listed as still in development. High 5 doesn't publish the amounts for each tier.
The referral programme pays 600 Game Coins + 20 Sweeps Coins + 600 Diamonds for each friend who signs up through your link, verifies and spends $9.99 or more within 30 days (the Terms say $10). Rewards arrive within 7 days, and the Terms cap referrals at 20 friends a calendar month. A monthly referral leaderboard pays its top five 1,000, 500, 250, 100 and 50 Sweeps Coins.
Leaderboards and occasional Sweeps Coin events run alongside, and some events need a purchase to enter.
We work out what a typical player actually ends up with from this exact offer, after the price. Gold Coins count as $0. See methodology →
True Value
The free sign-up offer is worth about $1.90 on average. You need 100 Sweeps Coins to redeem for cash, and about 1 in 63 players who play it with small spins on a typical slot get there.
- The playthrough, coin value and cash minimum all come from the Sweepstakes Official Rules: 1x, $1 per Sweeps Coin and 100 coins. The 3 Sweeps Coins come from High 5's current sign-up guide.
- Prizeout gift cards start lower, at 50 Sweeps Coins. The figure uses the cash minimum.
- Before the minimum comes into it, the 3 Sweeps Coins are worth about $2.88 after the playthrough.
- The 400 Game Coins count as $0. They're for fun play and can't be redeemed. The 300 Diamonds also count as $0, as a boost currency.
- The first-purchase bonus can't be valued. The package's coins are behind the login, and the spin winnings have no published currency, cap or playthrough.
Coin amounts aren't cash, and nothing here is a guaranteed result. The Daily Harvest, mail-in requests, Diamond boosts, referrals and Prestige rewards sit outside this number.
Important T&C
The conditions worth knowing, and how to handle them:
- Plan on 1x, and know it can rise. Every Sweeps Coin you receive, from the sign-up offer, the Daily Harvest, a purchase, a promotion or the mail-in route, has to be played once in a Sweeps Coin game before it counts toward a redemption. The rules let High 5 require more, with no stated maximum. It has used 3x on promotion prizes, and some special packages are reported to carry 2x to 5x, so check the label before you buy. The True Value figures above assume 1x.
- Any Sweeps Coin game counts. High 5 publishes no weighting table or excluded games.
- Redeem what you want to keep. Only Sweeps Coins won through play can be redeemed. Redeemable coins stay in play until you submit a request, and they can be combined with unplayed coins when that's needed to cover a stake.
- Log in at least every 60 days. Coins expire once an account goes 60 days without a login, and the account can be suspended or closed.
- Space out your requests. High 5 processes one redemption request per account every 48 hours.
- Know the caps. High 5 can limit redemptions to $10,000 a day and $100,000 a month. In Florida, prizes are capped at $5,000 a month, with any excess carried into the next month. Skrill and bank transfers take up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins per transaction, and gift cards up to 250.
- Buy with Skrill if you want Skrill prizes. Skrill redemptions are open only to players who've made a purchase with Skrill. Bank transfers and gift cards need no purchase.
- A purchase refund is possible. The rules let High 5 refund your purchases instead of processing a prize redemption.
- Check the redemption screen for a fee. The rules allow a handling or processing fee, though the help centre says High 5 charges none.
- Keep your ID ready each time. The rules allow a full ID check on every redemption. A driver's licence or state ID is accepted, passports aren't, and a live selfie and proof of address are part of it. Prizes of $2,000 or more in a calendar year need your Social Security number and take longer.
- Follow the mail-in rules to the letter. Get a single-use Mail-In Code from My Account; it expires 60 days after it's shown. Handwrite your full account name, registered email, the code, your home address as it appears on your ID, the date and the required statement in one ink colour on a 4 x 6 inch card, landscape and one side only. Post it unfolded in a plain white #10 envelope, one card per envelope, with your return address on the front and the code on the back, from the same state as your verified home address. Postage is yours, and the coins are credited after verification.
- Check a game's information before you play. The rules let High 5 change a game's win rates and odds at any time.
- Disputes go to arbitration. The Terms apply Delaware law and use binding individual arbitration through JAMS, with a class-action waiver. If you haven't agreed to an earlier High 5 arbitration clause, you can opt out by posting a notice marked "Opt-Out" to its legal department at PO Box 695, Mahwah, within 30 days of accepting the Terms.
High 5 Casino Registration & Verification
Signing up takes a few minutes. You enter your name, email address, date of birth and a password, or use an Apple or Google login, then add your address, confirm your email and enter a one-time code sent to your phone by text. The free coins land once those checks are done, and a first-purchase offer appears straight after. There's no document upload at sign-up.
You must be 21 or older. Under its current rules, Sweeps Coin play is open in 29 states plus DC and excluded in 21: Arizona, California, Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Washington and West Virginia.
- Indiana, Iowa and Maine joined the excluded list in June 2026.
- Oklahoma is eligible today, but a state ban on this kind of sweepstakes takes effect on 1 November 2026.
- Some High 5 pages list the states differently, for example on Kansas, Iowa and Maryland. The Sweepstakes Official Rules govern.
Places outside the US are excluded too. High 5 can change its eligible states at any time, so check the state block on this page, which shows each state's status, the sweepstakes law position and both age rules.
When High 5 checks your ID
You don't need ID to sign up or play. You do need it before any prize is paid, and a mail-in request needs a verified home address before its coins are credited, so it's worth verifying early. Verification covers:
- a valid driver's licence or state ID card (passports aren't accepted)
- a live selfie, checked against the ID
- proof of address dated within the last three months
- in some cases, your Social Security number, and documents on your source of funds or payment method
High 5 says its review takes 2 to 3 business days. Clear documents are often approved faster, sometimes within a day. The usual causes of delay are a name or address that doesn't match your profile, a cropped or blurry photo, or an ID type High 5 doesn't take.
High 5's help centre says verification only needs doing once, but the rules let it repeat the check each time you redeem. Prizes of $2,000 or more in a calendar year, from one request or several, need your Social Security number and take longer. The help centre also says redemptions above $600 in a year may bring a 1099-MISC tax form.
Account rules to know
- Payment methods must be in your name. The name on a card or account has to match your High 5 account.
- Location services stay on. High 5 asks for them on every device you play on, and VPNs and proxies are banned.
- Chargebacks can get an account suspended. Raise a billing problem with support first.
High 5 Casino Purchases & Prize Redemptions
Buying Game Coin packages
Game Coins are bought in the in-game store: pick a package, choose a payment method and confirm. Packages run from $2 to $1,000, and the coins arrive straight away. The full store is visible only once you're logged in.
- Free Sweeps Coins: marked packages include them, and the store shows how many with each one.
- Payment: Visa, Mastercard and American Express cards, Apple Pay, Trustly online banking and Skrill. There's no crypto and no Google Pay.
- Fees: High 5 doesn't charge a purchase fee. Sales tax may be added where required, and all purchases are in US dollars.
- Refunds: Game Coin purchases are final.
- Limits: you can set your own purchase limit for 1, 7 or 30 days in the Player Limits menu.
The Welcome Package section above covers the first-purchase bonus.
How prize redemption works
Only Sweeps Coins won through play can be redeemed. You can redeem when:
- your account is verified;
- the Sweeps Coins you played have met the 1x playthrough; and
- you hold at least 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins for cash, or 50 for a gift card.
Each Sweeps Coin is worth $1. You don't need to have bought anything to redeem by bank transfer or gift card. High 5 processes one request per account every 48 hours.
High 5 Casino payment methods
| Method | Purchase | Redemption | Conditions |
|---|---|---|---|
| Visa, Mastercard, American Express | Yes | No | Must be in your name |
| Apple Pay | Yes, in the iPhone app and Safari | No | |
| Skrill | Yes | Yes | 100 Sweeps Coins minimum; only after a Skrill purchase; up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins per transaction |
| Trustly online banking | Yes | Yes, by bank transfer | 100 Sweeps Coins minimum; no purchase needed; up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins per transaction |
| Prizeout gift cards | No | Yes | 50 to 250 Sweeps Coins per transaction; sent by email |
Cards and Apple Pay are purchase-only.
Cash versus gift cards
- Skrill: cash from 100 Sweeps Coins, open only if you've bought with Skrill before. Skrill may charge its own currency-conversion fee.
- Bank transfer (Trustly): cash from 100 Sweeps Coins to a US bank account in your name, with no purchase needed.
- Prizeout gift cards: from 50 to 250 Sweeps Coins per transaction, for brands such as Amazon, Target and Starbucks, sent by email. They're the lower bar if you want a prize before reaching 100.
Redemption limits and speed
- Minimum: 100 Sweeps Coins for cash; 50 for gift cards
- Frequency: one request every 48 hours
- Per transaction: up to 10,000 Sweeps Coins by Skrill or bank transfer; up to 250 by gift card
- Caps: High 5 can limit redemptions to $10,000 a day and $100,000 a month
- Florida: prizes capped at $5,000 a month, with the excess carried into the next month
- Fees: none charged, High 5 says, though the rules allow one
High 5 says that after approval Skrill takes 1 to 2 business days and is often done within 24 hours, Trustly bank transfers take 3 to 5 business days, and gift cards arrive instantly or within a few hours. Its rules allow up to 10 days, and longer once your prizes pass $2,000 in a year. In practice, gift cards usually arrive within a day, while bank transfers have taken from a few business days to about two weeks. Your first request is the slow one while verification finishes.
Where redemptions get stuck
Most requests go through without trouble. Some take longer, with repeated document requests during verification or a hold for an account review. The common snags are procedural and easy to avoid: a passport instead of a driver's licence or state ID, a name or address that doesn't match, choosing Skrill without a past Skrill purchase, a second request inside 48 hours, a balance below the minimum for the route, or location services switched off. Finish verification early, keep one request open at a time and redeem to an account in your own name.
High 5 Casino Casino Games & Playing Experience
High 5 is a slots site with a lobby of more than 1,500 games; some of its own pages say 1,700. Every game can be played with Game Coins for fun or with Sweeps Coins for prizes.
Slots
Slots make up nearly all of the lobby. The centrepiece is about 300 in-house High 5 titles that you won't find on other sweepstakes sites, including the Da Vinci Diamonds family, Golden Goddess, 88 Drums, Billionaire's Bank, Majestic Cats Deluxe Ways and Platinum Goddess. Many use High 5's Power Play feature, which lets you raise the stake for bigger features, and many can take Diamond boosts. Slot Studio lets you build your own slot. Outside studios include:
- Hacksaw Gaming
- Relax Gaming
- Playson
- Booming Games
- Gaming Corps
- Thunderkick
- Kalamba
- Ruby Play
- Gaming Realms (Slingo)
Table games, live casino and more
- Live dealer: little or none. Live tables have been cut back and may no longer be offered.
- Table games: little or none in standard form, and no video poker.
- Arcade games: a shelf of 50 or more quick games, including Plinko, crash, mines, Slingo and High 5's own Dice and Wheel games.
If table games or live dealers matter to you, look elsewhere.
Jackpots
Progressive jackpots sit on a set of High 5 slots, with hourly, daily and Grand levels. They run in both coins, and only the Sweeps Coin version carries prize value.
Game access and minimum play
You switch between Game Coin and Sweeps Coin play inside each game. The rules set no site-wide minimum or maximum stake. High 5's own guide puts the lowest Sweeps Coin spins at about 0.18 to 0.25 Sweeps Coins, and Power Play can lift a spin to 50 Sweeps Coins or more on some titles. Any Sweeps Coin game counts toward the playthrough.
Game information and fairness
High 5 advertises a 96% return to player (RTP) across the site but doesn't publish a figure on each game's page. Its Spin-crease slots, such as Triple Double Da Vinci Diamonds, start at around 90% and climb to as much as 97.1% as you level them up, High 5 says. Odds and win rates are shown inside each game, and the rules let High 5 change them at any time, so check a game's information screen before you play.
Everyday experience
The lobby is built for browsing High 5's own catalogue, with jackpot, trending and leaderboard sections, and the apps are quicker and tidier than the website. The gaps are small: there's no filter for provider or volatility, the desktop site looks dated next to the apps, and loading can slow at busy times or on older Android phones.
Purchase & Redemption Methods
Eligible States
High 5 says it accepts players in 30 states (counting DC). State law is a separate column: it's our tracker's reading of each state, and the two don't always agree.
High 5 lists Utah, where our tracker records a ban in force. We show both. Check the site's own rules before you buy coins.
High 5 sets its own minimum age of 21. Under each state we also show that state's minimum age for online gambling in general. It isn't a sweepstakes-specific rule, and the two ages can differ. More detail: gambling age by state. This is general information, not legal advice.

How each state treats sweepstakes casinos, with sources: sweepstakes casino laws by state.
High 5 Casino Operator, Sweepstakes Rules & Security
High 5 Casino is owned and run by High 5 Entertainment, LLC, which sponsors the sweepstakes and processes all payments. Its address for the rules, mail-in requests and legal notices is P.O. Box 695, Mahwah, New Jersey 07430, and its site footer gives a registered address in Wilmington, Delaware.
High 5 Casino runs as a social casino with a sweepstakes promotion, and its Terms open by stating that the site doesn't offer real-money gambling. Two public documents govern play:
- The Sweepstakes Official Rules, version 43.0, dated 26 June 2026, cover Sweeps Coins: how they're given out, the playthrough, the mail-in request, prizes, minimums and caps, and the eligible states.
- The Terms of Use, version 45.0, of the same date, cover your account, purchases, verification and disputes.
Both are pages on High 5's own site, so you can read and save them before you sign up.
Security basics:
- ID checks with a live selfie, plus proof of address, before any prize is paid, and possibly on every redemption
- Name checks on payment methods
- Location checks, with location services required on every device and VPNs banned
Legal actions and state exits
High 5 Casino is operating normally. Its regulatory history:
- Illinois: the Illinois Gaming Board sent High 5 Casino a cease-and-desist letter on 4 February 2026, calling on it to block Illinois residents or stop offering prizes there. Illinois is still an eligible state under the current rules.
- Maryland: the state's gaming regulator sent High 5 a letter on 18 March 2025 saying it was offering online gaming in Maryland without authority. Maryland is excluded under the current rules.
- Tennessee: High 5 Casino was on the list of sites that received cease-and-desist letters from Tennessee's Attorney General in December 2025 and said they would comply. High 5 had already ended Sweeps Coin play there in November 2025.
- New York: High 5 Casino was on a 2025 list from New York's Attorney General of operators ending the sale of Sweeps Coins in the state. New York is excluded.
- Federal lawsuits: the operator, High 5 Entertainment, LLC, is named in several federal lawsuits. One has been sent to arbitration and another paused pending arbitration, while others remain open. Lawsuits contain allegations, not findings.
- Oklahoma: a state ban on this kind of sweepstakes takes effect on 1 November 2026. Oklahoma is eligible under the current rules until then.
- State exits: High 5's own rules and site record Sweeps Coin play ending in Canada in February 2025, California in September 2025, Tennessee in November 2025, Indiana and Iowa in June 2026, and Maine from late June 2026.
Operator availability and state law are separate questions. The state block on this page shows both for your state.
High 5 Casino Customer Support
- Email: support@high5casino.com, which the help centre calls the most effective route
- Help centre and ticket form, reached from the Help icon
- Chat: an on-site assistant that is mostly automated and sometimes hands over to a person
- Phone: none
- Community: a Discord server and social channels on Facebook, Instagram and Reddit
High 5 says support is available 24/7. In practice, email and ticket replies usually take from a few hours to a day, and agents are described as polite and accurate. The chat sometimes reaches a person within minutes and at other times points you back to email, so use email or a ticket for anything about your account or a redemption.
Responsible Play
High 5's tools sit in the Player Limits menu, and support can help with the rest:
- Purchase limits: set for 1, 7 or 30 days. Lowering a limit is immediate; raising or removing one takes 24 hours.
- Reality Check: a reminder every 1, 2 or 3 hours.
- Time-Out: 1, 7 or 30 days.
- Self-exclusion: by email to Timeout@high5casino.com with the subject "SELF-EXCLUDE FROM H5C". A fixed period can't be lifted early. An indefinite one can be lifted three months after you ask.
- Account closure through support, or permanent deletion from the account-deletion page.
High 5's policy points to Gaming Addicts Anonymous and the National Council on Problem Gambling for outside help. Before a self-exclusion, closure or deletion, redeem any Sweeps Coins you can, since a deleted account loses every balance.

There are native apps for iPhone and Android. "High 5 Casino - Slots & Casino" on the App Store has 4.6 stars from about 43,600 ratings, and the Google Play app, published by High 5 Entertainment LLC, has 4.3 stars from about 99,700 reviews and more than a million downloads.
Sweeps Coin play, purchases and promotions run in the apps, with Apple Pay on iPhone, and they're quicker and tidier than the website. High 5's help centre says you can redeem in the app too, while the store listings describe the apps as entertainment only, with no real-money prizes. Check for the redeem option in the app before you rely on it, and use high5casino.com in a browser if it isn't there. The browser site runs the full journey, from the welcome coins and ID checks to redemptions and support.
High 5 Casino Review Verdict — Should You Sign Up?
High 5 is built for slot players who like a house style. About 300 in-house titles that no other sweepstakes site carries sit inside a library of more than 1,500 games, with progressive jackpots, Power Play stakes and Diamond boosts that add free spins and features. The 3 free Sweeps Coins come with a 1x default playthrough, gift-card prizes start at 50 Sweeps Coins, and the iPhone and Android apps are well rated.
The 100-coin cash minimum means the free coins are a taster, as the True Value section in Part 1 shows. Verify your ID early with a driver's licence or state ID, buy with Skrill if you want Skrill prizes, keep one redemption request open at a time and log in at least every 60 days.
A good pick if you: mainly play slots, want games you can't get elsewhere, like the idea of boosting spins with Diamonds, prefer playing in an app, and live in an eligible state.
Consider another site if: you want live dealer or table games, a 50-coin cash minimum, crypto purchases or prizes, more than two cash prize routes, or live chat with a person on demand.
What would make High 5 better: publish the first-purchase package and the free-spin terms on the public site, align its pages on the sign-up offer, eligible states and Diamonds, add dependable live chat with a person, and set a cap on how far the playthrough can rise.
Final score
The OddsGuru verdict
“A big, polished sweeps site with roughly 300 in-house High 5 slots, strong iPhone and Android apps, a Diamonds boost system and a 1x playthrough. Worth knowing: cash redemptions start at 100 Sweeps Coins, you can request one every 48 hours, and it is open in fewer states than most.”
