TonPlay (TonWin) Review 2026

TonPlay's terms don't allow players located in or living in Austria, France and its territories, Germany, the Netherlands and its territories, Spain, the Comoros, the United Kingdom, the United States and its territories, or any country on the FATF blacklist, which currently means Iran, North Korea and Myanmar. Access can also be limited for people whose only identity documents come from territories the UN doesn't recognise, such as the Donetsk and Luhansk "people's republics", Abkhazia, Transnistria, Northern Cyprus and South Ossetia.

Don't use a VPN or proxy to get around this list. TonPlay's terms ban it, and accounts found in a restricted country can be closed.

The thresholds are lower for players from countries TonPlay rates as medium risk: $1,000 for the ID step and $2,500 for the next. TonPlay can also ask for ID at other times, for example once your deposits reach $2,000 within 180 days.

TonPlay says a check usually takes 24 hours, and up to 72 hours when it's busy. While a check is open, withdrawals wait until it's done. If you plan to play regularly, fill in your profile and confirm your email and phone after your first deposit, so your first cash-out isn't held up.

In supported countries, the cashier offers local bank payments in currencies such as the rouble, hryvnia, tenge, manat, som, rupiah and złoty. Most work as a bank transfer to details the cashier gives you:
