Jack.com's current legal terms prohibit residents of, and access from, Russia, Belarus, Lithuania, Georgia, Ukraine, Latvia and Moldova. Jack.com doesn't convert between crypto and fiat inside the cashier. Your balance shows in the currency you deposited, so if you want a steady dollar balance, deposit USDT or USDC. If you don't hold crypto yet, MoonPay lets you buy it with a card.

Withdrawals go out in any of the 17 supported coins. Card, e-wallet and bank methods are deposit-only, so if you fund your account with Apple Pay, for example, you cash out in crypto. Set up a crypto wallet you control before you make a card deposit.

It's a licence issued directly by the regulator under the 2024 rules, not a sub-licence under the old master-licence system that Curaçao used before its overhaul.
