Using a VPN or proxy to get around the list breaks the terms. If you live in one of these places, Gamdom isn't an option for you.

You can deposit, play and withdraw without verifying your identity unless Gamdom asks. A request can come with a withdrawal, a promotion that needs verification or a routine compliance check. These are the levels:

A withdrawal can be paused until a requested check is finished. Player reports describe the automated check finishing in minutes, and waits of one to several days when a large withdrawal goes to manual review. If you're expecting a big cash-out, have your documents ready so you can answer quickly.

If a check is declined, support can tell you why and help you resubmit. Card and bank deposits through Swapped can trigger Swapped's own ID check, which is handled by Swapped's support rather than Gamdom's.

Gamdom's own pages list different minimums for BTC and USD1, so go by the figure in the cashier. All minimums move with the market.

Copy a fresh address each time instead of saving an old one, because deposit addresses can change. Coins sent on an unsupported network may not be recoverable; support can investigate, but recovery isn't guaranteed. A first deposit below the minimum can be credited once as a one-off, minus a small recovery fee, if you contact support with the transaction hash.

Payment methods have to be in your own name. A card or bank account belonging to a friend or family member isn't allowed. If Swapped declines a payment, it refunds the money, usually within 1 to 3 business days.

Gamdom states that crypto withdrawals usually go through in 5 minutes to 1 hour. If a crypto withdrawal fails on the blockchain, the money returns to your balance and you can try again, in a different coin if you like. A crypto withdrawal can't be reversed once it's confirmed, so a small test withdrawal to a new address is a sensible first move.

Each coin has its own wallet, and money can't be moved between them. Crypto deposits land in that coin's wallet. The USD wallet, where gift-card deposits and most rewards and free spins land, can withdraw in any supported coin.

The Vault is a separate safe inside your account. Moving money in and out is instant and free, it holds both crypto and fiat balances, and with 2FA switched on you need a code to take money out. It's a handy way to keep winnings away from your playing balance.

Every Original is provably fair. Gamdom builds a chain of 10 million SHA256 hashes from a secret server seed, publishes the final hash in advance, and then plays the chain backwards. After each game it publishes that game's hash, so you can check the result yourself, and it shares sample code for Roulette, HiLo, Dice, Plinko, Mines, Keno and Pocket Dice.

Originals don't count toward deposit-bonus wagering, and part of your early Originals play doesn't earn King of the Hill points because it's already paid back through instant rakeback.

Esports is where Gamdom's Counter-Strike roots show, and in our view it's the best part of the sportsbook. It has its own full section rather than a submenu, and coverage runs from top-tier events down to regional qualifiers. CS2, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant carry the deepest markets.

Map markets are the useful extra here. Because most esports matches run over several maps, you can bet each map on its own, the way you'd bet a single set in tennis. Simulated leagues such as eSoccer, eBasketball and eCricket keep running when the real fixture list goes quiet.

The site operates under Anjouan licence ALSI-152406043-FI4, and the regulator's own validator showed the licence as valid in October 2026. Gamdom uses SSL encryption, and two-factor authentication is available under Settings, then Security. Once 2FA is on, you need a code from an authenticator app such as Google Authenticator or Authy to log in, withdraw or send tips. Save the recovery codes Gamdom gives you, because a lost 2FA device means emailing support from your account's address.

Support runs 24/7 through live chat and by email at support@gamdom.com, with Gamdom quoting about 10 minutes for email replies. There's a separate marketing address with a 2-hour reply target. The help centre is detailed and comes in English, French, Japanese, Russian, Spanish and Turkish. It covers deposits, withdrawals, verification, rewards and sports settlement in plain steps.

Player reviews regularly praise how quickly live chat answers. For a problem with a specific casino game, include the date and time, bet amount and currency, game name, bet ID and a screenshot or clip if you have one, and support can pass it to the provider without a back-and-forth.

Gamdom's public help doesn't describe a self-serve deposit or loss limit. If you want a spending cap, ask support what can be set on your account, or use a timed break.

Gamdom has no official mobile app. It runs as a website in your phone's browser, and Gamdom says the Vault works on mobile too. Gamdom warns that apps using its name, including one it found on the iOS App Store, are fakes, so use gamdom.com or a domain on its Official Sites page.
